Return/Exchange Policy
Refund/Return Policy:
We do not offer refunds. No Exceptions.
Purchased items may be EXCHANGED only within 7 days of original purchase date with receipt. Item must be in NEW, unworn, undamaged, unwashed condition with tags attached. No makeup, deodorant, pet hair, etc., can be present on the item.
All items purchased with a sale of 30% off or higher, is considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged. All items purchased through our online Facebook parties are custom ordered and are not eligible for any refunds, returns or exchanges.
Promotional Items, Bodysuits, Bralettes, Drinkware, Accessories and Pre-Orders are considered Final Sale.
Items purchased through an exchange from a previous order are not eligible for exchange and are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the above mentioned conditions are not met.
Purchases from December 1st through December 31st- may be exchanged anytime between purchase date and January 12th, 2024. Holiday themed merchandise is not eligible for exchange and are final sale. All other exchange rules still apply.
